We guarantee excellent quality and reliability of the natural amber jewellery products offered in our online store.

Every product item sold at www.amberosary.com comes with a quality certificate from the official Latvian Proof Bureau (Latvijas Proves Birojs, prove.lv) which is approved by the EU. The client receives this certificate along with a unique product.

All products in the store catalogue are represented by Santrek Ltd

Returns & refunds

Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refund you for items that are faulty and/or are not of quality guaranteed in the quality certificate.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us via email: [email protected]. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of product delivery. The refund is issued within 30 days from having received and processed the return.
